Harry Styles has opened up about his life in lockdown, revealing how he is coping with the new normal amid the coronavirus pandemic. The singer, 26, appeared on Zane Lowe's Apple Music show via FaceTime on Thursday, sharing his daily routine and the challenges of isolation.
Styles said he is meditating, exercising, and checking in with family and friends to maintain his mental health. He noted the seriousness of the situation, especially for those living alone, and emphasised the importance of staying positive and productive.
The former One Direction star also discussed supporting small businesses by ordering takeaway, and spending time on creative pursuits like writing music and playing instruments. He admitted he should be doing these activities more often anyway.
Styles was due to embark on his Love On Tour before the pandemic forced postponements. He reflected on the adjustment, saying it's important to find moments of happiness and not let the situation feel overwhelming.
