Hannah Waddingham has made her red carpet debut with her new boyfriend, Nick Beresford-Cleary, a spine surgeon. The couple attended the Variety Power Of Women event in London on Wednesday, where they posed for photographs looking loved-up.
The Ted Lasso star, 50, wore a glamorous halter neck gown with a thigh slit, while Nick donned a tuxedo and bow tie. Although Hannah has not publicly confirmed the relationship, the pair appeared affectionate together.
Little is known about Nick, but his physician biography states he specialises in adult spinal surgery, including degenerative pathologies, trauma, oncology, and deformity. He delivers a high volume elective and emergency spine practice.
Hannah recently revealed she had been single for eight years, focusing on raising her 12-year-old daughter Kitty from a previous relationship with businessman Gianluca Cugnetto. She told Women's Health UK: 'It's taken me eight years. I didn't really have the space mentally or emotionally for that. I've hunkered down and focused on my girl and me. [But] now I'm ready to stick my head above the parapet a bit more.'
Speaking about her new relationship, she added: 'It is really lovely too, obviously, my relationship. But the best thing about it is, firstly, being happy and strong in myself!'
