Former Gogglebox star Lisa Baggs has received an outpouring of support after announcing the death of a close friend. The TV personality shared a heartfelt tribute on Instagram, posting a picture of the order of service from the funeral.
In her post, Lisa wrote: 'A day none of us wanted, but yesterday we said goodbye. It was a day full of love, tears and happy memories! The church was rammed and the sun was shining the service was so beautiful. I will never ever forget you and I will miss you forever my brave hilariously funny friend. Sleep well, my darling. I love you muchly x x x.'
Fans and followers flooded the comments with condolences. One wrote: 'Sending prayers & condolences, Lisa. Far too young to pass from this world. May she rest in everlasting love.' Another added: 'Oh Lisa, I’m so sorry to hear this sad news. I’m thinking of you and sending lots of love.'
Three weeks earlier, Lisa had broken the news of her friend's passing with an emotional Instagram post. She shared: 'Utterly heartbroken after the longest battle, which she fought with such bravery and so much courage, my hilarious friend gained her angel wings this morning. No more suffering and free from pain... every time I said I love you, her reply was “love you muchly more” I’ll never forget that as long as I live.'
Lisa and her husband Terry, along with their sons Joe and George, joined Gogglebox in 2020 and quickly became fan favourites. However, the family left the show in 2022, citing work commitments.
