Good Morning Britain presenters Richard Arnold, Kate Garraway, and Adil Ray celebrated the pregnancy announcement of Little Mix star Leigh-Anne Pinnock during the live broadcast on Thursday, July 9, 2026. The singer revealed she is expecting her third child with husband Andre Gray in a social media video released hours earlier.
Announcement Details
In the video, Leigh-Anne teased new music while cradling her growing baby bump, saying: “As one chapter ends, another begins.” The couple, who married in 2023, are already parents to twin girls born in 2021. They have kept their children out of the public eye and have not shared images or names.
Richard Arnold shared the news during his entertainment roundup, noting: “Some lovely news, Little Mix star Leigh-Anne Pinnock has revealed she is expecting her third child. The singer announced the news in a video on social media last night of her in the recording studio making new music and showing off her bump.”
Support from Co-Stars and Fans
Fellow Little Mix member Perrie Edwards reacted with a series of emojis, while Jade Thirlwall wrote: “Love you and your beautiful family.” Fleur East added: “Ahhhh! Amazing! Congratulations,” and Clara Amfo also said: “Congratulations!”
Arnold added that fans noted Leigh-Anne was likely in early pregnancy during filming for The Celebrity Traitors, where she participated in grueling challenges. He concluded: “Congratulations all around ending today.”
Privacy for Children
Leigh-Anne has previously explained her decision to keep her children out of the spotlight. She said: “I remember when they were born, I was going through this online hate thing and really seeing the toxicity of social media. I mean, I probably would've still decided to not show their faces anyway, but that just kind of confirmed it for me. I want them to be able to make that decision. I want them to be able to [choose] if they want to be famous or not, because once they're out there, they're out there and I think that's such a big thing.”
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays from 6am on ITV1 and ITVX.
