Georgia Toffolo Regrets Wedding Dress, Wants Second Ceremony
Georgia Toffolo Regrets Wedding Dress, Wants Second Wedding

Georgia Toffolo has revealed that she regrets her choice of wedding dress and wants to have a do-over. The 31-year-old married Brewdog founder James Watt, 44, last year.

Elopement in North East Scotland

Their first wedding was a last-minute elopement to North East Scotland. They arrived at the ceremony on a fishing boat, where she wore a cream, off-the-shoulder, faux-fur gown paired with a cream veil and brown boots. She also wore another cream dress during the actual wedding, a corseted satin dress with a shawl.

One year later, Georgia told fans she wants a second wedding so she can wear something different. En route to Lake Como with James, the pair filmed a video. James said: "Boarding all passengers who want to do a second wedding day because she didn't love her wedding dress."

Regretting the Dress

Georgia responded: "OK I'm actually going to own that. I do. I've got regrets, we have to do it again." Though she disliked her dress, she had no comments about James' outfits. For the photoshoot on the fishing boat, he wore a cream wool hat, a knit jumper, and bright blue fishing overalls. He changed into a navy suit for the ceremony at the same Aberdeenshire church where his grandparents married.

At the time, Georgia wrote on Instagram: "I would really recommend doing it this way. We've not had one bit of stress about this wedding. None." She also revealed she traveled to the church in a transit van, held a bouquet of daffodils she picked that morning, and shared toast and tea with James on the morning of the ceremony.

Social Media Backlash

Her comments come just after she received backlash for a "breaking the bank" joke on TikTok. Despite being a multi-millionaire, the former Made in Chelsea star shared a clip praising the high street while joking her latest buys didn't "break the bank." The clip shows Georgia twirling in a £33 pink strapless top from H&M, currently on sale for £28. She said: "The high street is just amazing. I could cry... Don't you think this looks so expensive. Like I've kitted myself out for my next holiday." She ended the clip by saying it had not "broken my bank, I can tell you."

One fan called the video "one of the most embarrassing videos I've seen in a while." Another called it "tone deaf," while a third said: "High Street purchases aren't a choice for most of us though."
