Friends star Morgan Fairchild, 76, joins OnlyFans

Morgan Fairchild, best known to Friends fans as Chandler Bing's mother, has joined OnlyFans at the age of 76. The US star, who played Nora Tyler Bing in the hit sitcom, says she is enjoying finding new ways to connect with fans through the subscription platform.

Fairchild has made clear that her page will not feature anything explicit, despite the site being best known for hosting adult content. “I'm putting up new pictures and videos. And before anyone asks, no, not that kind!” she told People magazine. “Mostly, it's just me being goofy and talking about whatever's on my mind.”

A long television career

Fairchild has enjoyed a long career on American television, appearing in shows including Dallas, Flamingo Road, Falcon Crest and Paper Dolls, as well as soaps Search For Tomorrow and Days Of Our Lives. One of her best-known roles came in Friends, where she played Nora, the glamorous mother of Chandler, portrayed by the late Matthew Perry.

The actress has also moved into podcasting in recent years and says she was encouraged to try OnlyFans by friends who were already using the site. “Several of my friends started doing OnlyFans and encouraged me to try it,” she told Entertainment Weekly. “And they were right! It's been so much fun finding new ways to reach out to my fans!”

Free subscription and celebrity trend

Fairchild is working with creator management company Creators Inc on the venture. Her page is currently offering a free monthly subscription, with her bio promising new pictures, videos and a chance for followers to see her 'silly side'. She wrote: “In a tech world that seems so isolating, I want to share our humanity.”

OnlyFans allows users to charge subscribers a monthly fee to access their content. Although it is best known for adult material, the site also attracts creators from entertainment, music and other industries. Fairchild joins a growing list of celebrities who have signed up, including rapper Cardi B, American Pie actress Shannon Elizabeth and Harry Potter star Jessie Cave. Singer Kate Nash has also used the platform, previously telling MPs she sold pictures of her bottom to help fund a tour. Lily Allen revealed in 2024 that she had started sharing photographs of her feet on the site.
