Former ESPN host Sage Steele, 52, has married businessman Dave Barbuto, 49, in a private ceremony in Nashville, Tennessee. The couple exchanged vows at Diamond Creek Farm, an outdoor venue with mountain views, surrounded by family and friends.
Steele shared photos from the wedding on Instagram on Monday, showing herself in a strapless lace wedding dress by YSA Makino, with floral detailing and a corset top. She accessorised with a white flower in her hair and a diamond cross necklace, carrying a red bouquet. Barbuto wore a black tuxedo with a red rose corsage.
The media personality, known for her controversial comments about former President Barack Obama and the Covid-19 vaccine that led to her suspension from ESPN in 2021, captioned the post: 'SNEAK PEEK of the day I got to marry the love of my life with the best, most wonderful family and friends in the world by our side.' Well-wishers included Meghan McCain, Donnie Wahlberg, and Amber Rose.
Steele was previously married to Jonathan Bailey for 27 years, with whom she shares two children. In recent months, she has been a vocal supporter of President Donald Trump, sparking rumours she could be his pick for Press Secretary. She also sued ESPN in 2022 over free-speech violations, settling the case in 2023.
