The 33-year-old Inbetweeners actress, who wore a plunging black gown, jumped into a black cab after enjoying the star-studded event at One Marylebone.
Katherine Ryan, who hosted the awards for the third year, ditched her shimmering metallic green dress for a comfortable taupe tracksuit and mini Ugg boots as she left with her husband Bobby Kootstra. The 40-year-old comedian linked arms with her childhood sweetheart as they headed home.
Other attendees included Lottie Moss, 25, who wore a sheer floral mini dress, and Lily Allen, who won the theatre actor award for her role in The Pillowman. The England women's national football team received the sports icons award, while former Love Island star Georgia Harrison won the activist gong for her work against revenge porn.
Hannah Waddingham, co-host of Eurovision 2023, was awarded the entertainer gong. The Glamour Awards celebrated women across entertainment, with stars like America Ferrera and Lena Dunham also in attendance.
