Elizabeth Hurley Celebrates Holi in Delhi with Son and Trinny Woodall

Elizabeth Hurley, 60, and her son Damian, 23, joined Trinny Woodall, 62, to celebrate the Hindu festival of Holi in Delhi on Thursday. The trio wore traditional white kurta pyjamas, as is customary for the occasion, with Hurley adding a bright pink patterned scarf.

Clips shared on social media showed the group dancing in circles as clouds of pink, orange, yellow and red powder filled the air. Woodall initially wrapped her hair in a blue scarf to avoid the coloured powder, later wearing it around her neck.

Holi, one of the most widely celebrated festivals in the Hindu calendar, marks the arrival of spring and is associated with love, renewal and the victory of good over evil. The colourful powder used is known as gulal.

Other high-profile figures also marked the festival, including Catherine, Princess of Wales, who visited Leicester on March 5, the day after Holi, to meet members of the British-Indian community and enjoy traditional dancing.
