Danny Dyer's Rivals Mansion on Sale for £8m in Wales

Fans of the Disney+ drama Rivals may recognise a stunning Welsh mansion featured in the show, which is now on the market for offers over £8 million. The property, known as Foxfield in real life, serves as the fictional Bella Vista home of characters Freddie and Val Jones, played by Danny Dyer and Lisa McGrillis.

Located on the edge of Lisvane, north of Cardiff, the mansion sits within 24 acres of grounds, including ornamental ponds and a lake popular for wild swimming. Built in 1999, the house has been owned by the same family since 1980, who offered it as a filming location after watching the first series.

The estate boasts seven ensuite bedrooms, a dining room seating at least 14, a wine cellar, a large kitchen diner, drawing room, family room, orangery, and a top-floor bar with seating. According to the estate agent, Welsh Hollywood star Catherine Zeta-Jones once played the piano and entertained guests at the property.
