Victoria Rose O'Callaghan, who split from Danny Cipriani in November 2023 after three years of marriage, has become the latest critic of the former rugby star and his fiancée AnnaLynne McCord's wedding crowdfunding campaign.
The couple, aged 39 and 38 respectively, have a combined net worth of $8million (£5.9m) according to reports, but their Honeyfund page asks guests to 'Gift any amount, contribute to our journey! Help us create our dream wedding and honeymoon experience with any amount of donation.' Suggested donations range from £75 to £450, with options to help cover the rehearsal dinner, photography and catering.
She told the Daily Mail: 'It’s just plain tacky of them to hand round the begging bowl. If it was my neighbours, maybe. But for them? The very idea! They’re even asking for money for the marriage licence. Donations for the honeymoon are just about acceptable, but they’ve both got the capacity to earn.'

The 45-year-old neuroscience practitioner added: 'Why don’t they go on OnlyFans? They’re selling every other aspect of their lives. Sell your bodies!'
She also offered practical advice: 'Scale down the reception. What’s wrong with a barbecue in the back garden? A beautiful, intimate, private moment. No need to be extravagant. They’re silly to want a big do when they’re claiming to have no money.'
O'Callaghan said she would never have dreamed of asking her own guests to contribute, and said the couple are 'clearly not affected by humiliation' and that her ex-husband has 'found himself in a bloody hole if he’s begging for money for their wedding.'
Divorce fallout and Vinted sales
Cipriani and O'Callaghan separated in November 2023, with the former England international releasing a statement saying they 'have had some wonderful times together' but 'also recognised we’re on different journeys' and that he wished her nothing but the best.
However, O'Callaghan has since made her displeasure clear, slamming him for announcing the split without warning her and saying she felt 'knifed in the heart.'
In recent months, she began selling more than 40 items from Cipriani's sporting past on Vinted, with some priced up to £280. She said the items had been handed over to her during divorce proceedings. 'For months, actually, years, I’ve been paying for storage, holding onto boxes of Danny’s career, memorabilia, kits, medals, and personal items. Not because I wanted to. But because I genuinely believed, at some point, he’d want to collect them. That he’d care enough to take responsibility for his own history. He didn’t. In our most recent court appearance, he was once again offered the chance to collect it all. No obstacles. No drama. Just take what’s his. And he declined,' she explained.
