The 35-year-old Geordie Shore icon had been enjoying a luxury break with her fiancé, Jake Ankers, and their two young children, three-year-old Alba and 11-month-old Pixie. However, the dream holiday took a worrying turn on its final day. Crosby revealed to her followers that she began vomiting and felt extremely weak.
Determined to make the most of the trip for her daughter, she pushed through the illness to go on a planned dolphin-watching excursion, though no dolphins were spotted. Shortly after sharing this disappointment online, the situation escalated. Crosby later posted a photo from a hospital bed wearing an oxygen mask, captioning it with the understated phrase, "Well this wasn't on my bingo card."
Mum-Shaming Backlash Over Flight Prank
The hospital dash comes after Crosby found herself forced to defend against criticism from so-called 'mum police' during the outbound journey. Before the health scare, her holiday had begun with controversy after she posted a prank photo on Instagram.
After a flight delay, she and Ankers amused themselves by holding their baby, Pixie, up to a cabin fire exit sign. Crosby then edited her partner out of the image, making it look as though the 11-month-old was hanging from the sign alone. She jokingly captioned the snap about her "wild" second child.
The joke, however, backfired, with the star receiving a barrage of angry messages from concerned followers. Crosby hit back, explaining the context and expressing disbelief that people thought the situation was real. "Let the girl live for god's sake!!!!!!! LMAO come on yous!" she wrote in response to the critics.
