Celebs Go Dating is back for a 14th series, and this year's line-up is already causing chaos behind the scenes. The new run begins on E4 and Channel 4 on Monday 11 August at 9pm, with a mix of reality stars, pop icons and TV personalities all searching for love.
The original cast included presenter Christine McGuinness, Atomic Kitten's Kerry Katona, Too Hot To Handle's Louis Russell, Love Island's Olivia Hawkins and S Club 7's Jon Lee, with quizmaster Mark 'The Beast' Labbett joining later. However, Christine decided the show wasn't for her while filming in Ibiza, and was replaced by Celebrity Big Brother's Donna Preston. Made in Chelsea's Sam Prince was also added at the last minute.
Kerry Katona is currently the betting favourite to find love, ahead of Mark Labbett and Jon Lee. Meanwhile, Sam Prince has already sparked speculation after posting a TikTok video of himself dancing with a mystery brunette, leading fans to wonder if he met her on the show.
But according to insiders, this series has seen more hook-ups between cast members than ever before, with some reportedly abandoning their dates to pursue each other. A source told Closer: 'The magic of Celebs Go Dating has completely fizzled out. It used to be a feel-good show, but now it's full of tension and scripted chaos, and it's hard to create chemistry when hardly anyone actually seems to want to reconnect with their dates.'
There have also been rumours of a connection between Olivia Hawkins and Louis Russell. The series features relationship experts Anna Williamson, Paul C. Brunson and Dr Tara Suwinyattichaiporn, with Tom Read Wilson returning as Senior Client Coordinator and Celeb Confidante.
