Emilie Middleton, wife of SAS: Who Dares Wins star Ant Middleton, crashed his £200,000 Lamborghini Huracan near their home in Essex. The 40-year-old lost control of the supercar after a roundabout, sending it into a hedge on Strawbrook Hill in Great Leighs.
The crash occurred at the end of April during a shopping trip. No other vehicles were involved, and Emilie was unharmed. The Lamborghini sustained minor damage and was towed from the scene. Ant Middleton collected his wife from the crash site.
A spokesman for Middleton said Emilie had 'misjudged' the road after leaving the roundabout. The stretch of the A131 has a 60mph speed limit. Witnesses reported two cars stopping to help, with one villager stating: 'I was driving past and saw the car in the hedgerow.'
The Lamborghini Huracan, with a 2020 model costing £198,000, is a flashy vehicle associated with the celebrity. Ant Middleton is known for hosting Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, which recently featured Katie Price and Joey Essex.
