Brooklyn Beckham's New Tattoo Sparks Family Feud Speculation Amid Business Ventures
Brooklyn Beckham's Tattoo Fuels Family Feud Rumours

Brooklyn Beckham has ignited fresh speculation about his strained relationship with his famous family after revealing a brand new tattoo dedicated to his wife, Nicola Peltz. The 31-year-old shared the intimate inking, which reads 'Our little bubble', in a promotional post for his hot sauce brand, Cloud 23, on Tuesday. This phrase echoes his previous description of their life together in the United States, following his relocation from the UK to be with Nicola, 27.

Promotional Post Highlights Personal Tribute

In the Instagram post, Brooklyn posed with his left hand resting on Nicola's chest, making the new tattoo clearly visible. Nicola enthusiastically supported her husband, captioning the image to her 3.4 million followers: '@cloud23 has the cutest and tiniest baby bottles coming outttt we’re all soo proud of you baby @brooklynpeltzbeckham.' This public display comes amid ongoing tensions within the Beckham family, which Brooklyn has openly addressed in recent months.

Cloud 23: A Business Venture with Family Connections

Brooklyn launched Cloud 23 in 2024, naming the spicy condiment after the No. 23 jersey his footballer father, David Beckham, famously wore during his stints at Real Madrid and LA Galaxy. The hot sauce comes in two flavours: Sweet Jalapeno and Hot Habanero. However, the venture has not been without its challenges. Last year, Brooklyn faced a series of legal disputes with companies and the US Patent and Trademark Office over the brand name.

In October 2025, the name reportedly provoked another clash, this time with the popular Swiss trainer company ON, which boasts tennis legend Roger Federer as an investor. Known for their signature Cloud shoes, ON hired celebrity-endorsed law firm Bristows LLP to object to Cloud23's trademark application across various classifications, including food, beverages, sauces, live streaming, and sports equipment. Fortunately for Brooklyn, both sides reached an amicable resolution, with ON never following through with the objection, allowing the trademark to be registered successfully.

Covering Up Family Tattoos

This new tattoo tribute to Nicola stands in stark contrast to Brooklyn's recent actions regarding his family-themed ink. Back in February, it was revealed that he had covered up his tattoo tribute to his father, David. Previously, the word 'Dad' was inked into his upper right arm, accompanied by the message 'Love you Bust' – David's affectionate nickname for his firstborn. Recent images show this has been obscured with nondescript shapes and a star, with the text now faded and less prominent.

Brooklyn has also begun removing tattoo tributes to his siblings, Romeo and Cruz, with a thick line visible on his ring finger where their names once were. However, he still retains his 'brotherhood' tattoo on his right leg, which matches inkings his brothers acquired in 2023 from fine line tattoo artist Pablo, also known as Certified Letter Boy. While Brooklyn and Romeo have the design on their legs, Cruz sports it on his hand.

Additionally, Brooklyn maintains a large ballerina tattoo on his calf, originally inked in 2018 as a tribute to his sister Harper, who was just seven at the time. Yet, his 'mama's boy' tattoo, unveiled in 2019 to honour his fashion designer mother Victoria, has been savagely covered up. Last June, during a shirtless shoot with Glamour Germany alongside Nicola, the small two-word inking was seen layered over with a bunch of flowers – seemingly another tribute to his wife, of whom he already has more than 70 tattoos.

Public Statement and Family Estrangement

Brooklyn's distancing from his family became public in January when he issued a scathing social media statement, declaring he has no plans to reconcile with his famous parents and accusing them of controlling him for most of his life. In the detailed statement, he outlined numerous grievances, including allegations that his parents attempted to bribe him into signing away the rights to his name before his wedding, which would have affected him, his wife, and their future children.

He also claimed that his mother, Victoria, cancelled making Nicola's wedding dress at the last minute, forcing her to urgently find a new design. Furthermore, Brooklyn described feeling humiliated when his mother hijacked his first dance with Nicola at their wedding, dancing inappropriately with him in front of 500 guests. He emphasised that his family values public promotion and endorsements above all else, prioritising 'Brand Beckham' over genuine familial bonds.

Brooklyn concluded by stating that since stepping away from his family, his lifelong anxiety has disappeared, and he now wakes up grateful for the life he has chosen with Nicola. He expressed a desire for peace, privacy, and happiness, free from image manipulation and press interference. This new tattoo, symbolising their 'little bubble', appears to reinforce his commitment to this separate life with his wife, away from the spotlight of his estranged family.
