Brooklyn Beckham has once again gone head-to-head with his famous father David in a brand new ice cream advertisement, hot on the heels of his cheeky World Cup dig that laid bare the family rift.
New Advert for Cloud23
The 27-year-old raised eyebrows when he appeared to reference his bitter falling-out with David and Victoria Beckham in a DoorDash advert, leaving his parents reportedly stunned. Now Brooklyn has taken to Instagram to promote his hot sauce brand Cloud23, this time teaming up with Chef Yamamoto to create a corn-flavoured ice cream.
In the clip, Brooklyn declared he was a "massive fan" of ice cream, echoing what his dad said when he was working with Ninja. Brooklyn and Yamamoto went on to unveil what they described as a "unique and crazy" flavoured ice cream and hot sauce combination.
Brooklyn set the tutorial to Mark Knopfler's Sailing to Philadelphia, a song about starting a new life in America, which many will see as yet another pointed jab at his family.
David Beckham's Ninja Campaign
David has served as a Ninja brand ambassador since 2024, fronting campaigns for both the Ninja CREAMi and the Ninja Swirl, including a video in which he whipped up his own ice cream at home as part of last summer's campaign.
Previous Digs and Family Feud
This latest move comes just days after Brooklyn appeared to capitalise on the well-publicised family drama to plug DoorDash, with the World Cup advert dropping shortly after reports emerged that Brooklyn had rebuffed his sister Harper's attempts to broker a reconciliation. In the clip, he addresses the camera directly: "You're probably wondering why I'm watching the FIFA World Cup 2026 from home…"
A smirking Brooklyn then laughs: "It's a long story." He then dramatically tosses his tickets onto the coffee table, adding: "These can go to someone else." The full advert, which dropped this week, contained two digs at his estranged family in what many have branded a "spiteful" clip that would have broken his dad David's heart.
Beloved England legend Becks famously featured in three FIFA World Cups in 1998, 2002 and 2006, and is currently Stateside promoting the tournament, having watched the opening match alongside Tom Cruise.
Family Rift Deepens
The Beckham family have been in a bitter feud with Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz, 31, for months, which reached boiling point when Brooklyn unleashed a bombshell public statement about the rift. Earlier this year, Brooklyn launched a scathing attack on his "controlling" parents, declaring he did "not want to reconcile" with his family and accusing them of "controlling" the narrative.
