Loose Women panellist Brenda Edwards has confirmed her new romance, revealing she kept the relationship private for a year after manifesting her partner. The presenter spoke about her mystery man on ITV's Loose Women, just days after celebrating their one-year anniversary with a hand-holding picture on Instagram.
Brenda, who had been single for seven years, said she had 'romanticised and wanted the fairytale' before meeting her partner. 'I manifested him on here in June and he turned up in November,' she explained. 'I gave my list and he ticked pretty much every box.' She described herself as a private person and said she had kept the relationship quiet for a year.
The star also shared the meaning behind the photo, revealing her partner is of Irish background. 'It's Claddagh hands, the hands show friendship and loyalty and trust and unity, and I like everything about it,' she said. Co-star Myleene Klass, who has met him, commented: 'He's very handsome, very lovely, and obviously adores you.'
Brenda, mother to daughter Tanisha and late son Jamal, who died in 2022, shared a heartfelt Instagram caption marking the anniversary. Ruth Langsford wished them a happy anniversary, while Denise Welch joked 'SOFT LAUNCH!'
This is not the first time Brenda has kept a relationship under wraps. She previously revealed on Loose Women that she was married for 27 years without many of her friends knowing, saying: 'I'm not that person to put that out... I want to keep some things for myself.'
