Raymond Cruz, best known for playing Tuco Salamanca in Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul, has been arrested on suspicion of misdemeanour battery after allegedly spraying a neighbour with a garden hose outside his Los Angeles home.
According to TMZ, police responded to a call from a woman who claimed the 63-year-old actor deliberately sprayed her with water while he was washing his car. She alleged Cruz asked her to move and, when she refused, he blasted her with the hose. Officers arrested him at the scene.
Cruz was taken to jail for processing but later released. He is due to appear in court on October 1 and has not publicly commented on the incident.
Outside the Breaking Bad universe, Cruz has had a prolific television career, starring in over 100 episodes of The Closer and its spin-off Major Crimes. His film credits include Training Day alongside Denzel Washington.
The arrest comes months after another hose-related story involving Breaking Bad. In June, Joanne Quintana, owner of the Albuquerque property used as Walter White's family home, revealed she often hoses down fans who trespass for selfies.
