Becky Hill has debuted a dramatic new look on stage, performing in prosthetics that give her a larger bosom and bottom. The singer, performing at Canterbury Live to 10,000 people, wore a white t-shirt, black cycling shorts, and stiletto heels, with her blonde hair slicked back.
Prosthetics, Not Surgery
After videos of the performance circulated online, Hill addressed the makeover in a message to fans. She wrote: "For anyone confused, first of all u rlly need to follow properly, the prosthetics r part of the music video/show and aren’t real!"
She added: "The whole look is a statement about the pressure women feel to change themselves to be accepted and liked by society. BECKY IS STILL AU NATUREL."
Statement on Societal Pressure
The alter ego, dubbed "BBL Becky," is central to her new song "What Do I Have To Do?" The track's lyrics include: "What do I have to do to make it last forever?" and "Tryna get from pain to pleasure, honestly, I deserve better, don't just say it's all now or never. What do I have to do to make you love me? What do I have to do to make you care?"
The music video parodies plastic surgery, starting with Hill filming a get-ready-with-me style video as an influencer. She critiques her appearance and undergoes surgeries and fillers, before snapping back to reality and returning to normal.
