Anne Hathaway made light of online speculation that her baby bump was 'fake' after she revealed her bare stomach at The End of Oak Street premiere.
The 43-year-old, who is expecting her third child with husband Adam Shulman, 45, wrote on Instagram: "Fake hair, real bump."
Red carpet look
She attended the LA event on Sunday in a baby blue, cropped Prabal Gurung top with red detailing, paired with low-rise baggy jeans and red heels. Some social media users questioned whether her bump was real or covered with 'body make-up'.
Anne responded by sharing a video of her red carpet preparation, captioned: "Fake hair, real bump. Enjoy The @endofoakstreet Block Party chaos with me as my outfit literally melts in the heat!!"
Motherhood reflections
At the premiere, she told People Magazine: "I was in my 30s with my other two, and I’m so different now. Something happened when I turned 40. I just realised that this isn’t a dress rehearsal. It’s all real. I’m not saving it up for my future self. It’s all happening right now. And so I think I’m just better at being present in the moment, living in gratitude, not taking anything for granted. So I think all of those things are coming together, and it’s a real time to enjoy."
Pregnancy announcement
The Princess Diaries star, married to Adam since 2012, announced her pregnancy in June with a video on Instagram, showing her in a flowy white dress and shielding her stomach before dropping her arms to reveal it, captioned "Baby, I’m yours x." They already have sons Jonathan and Jack.
Busy year
Anne has had a busy year with Mother Mary, The Devil Wears Prada 2 and The Odyssey already released, and Verity coming later. She was in LA for The End of Oak Street, out August 14, starring Ewan McGregor, Maisy Stella and Christian Convery. The film follows a family transported to an unknown place with dinosaurs.
