Anna Kournikova has finally revealed the name of her fourth child with Enrique Iglesias, three months after giving birth. The former tennis star, 44, shared the news on Instagram on Thursday, posting a photo of the couple's four children together and captioning it: 'Lucy+Nicolas+Mary+Romeo,' alongside four red heart emojis.
The image shows the children gathered on a boat in Miami, Florida. Daughter Mary, six, holds baby Romeo on her lap, while her older brother Nicholas, eight, sits beside them and his twin sister Lucy lies playfully along the back of the seat. The couple welcomed Romeo on December 17, 2025, but had not previously disclosed his gender or name.
Kournikova and Iglesias, 50, are known for keeping their family life private. They became parents on December 16, 2017, with the birth of twins Lucy and Nicholas, followed by daughter Mary on January 30, 2020. The arrival of Romeo was confirmed in August 2025 when HOLA! magazine reported that Kournikova was halfway through her fourth pregnancy.
Fans reacted warmly to the name reveal, with one commenting: 'What a beautiful name, Romeo!' Another wrote: 'Beautiful name for a beautiful baby!' A third added: 'Romeo a beautiful name for your son, I'm glad you gave us the opportunity to get to know it.'
