Amy Tapper, former Gogglebox star, has marked a significant weight loss milestone, shedding five stone. The 27-year-old shared before and after photos on Instagram, expressing her pride in reaching a goal she never thought possible.
In her post, Amy wrote: 'Officially 5 stone down and I couldn’t be happier. Never thought I’d be able to reach this milestone so I think I can say I’m proud of myself.' She also included a video of herself stepping on scales and hugging her trainer, Tashelite Fitness.
Amy, who appeared on the Channel 4 show from 2013 to 2018 alongside her family, has been working with her trainer for two years. She previously revealed she had lost 33cm from her waist and had struggled with her weight since the age of eight, trying 'every diet under the sun'.
Fans flooded her post with congratulations, with one commenting: 'Amazing!! I hope you're as proud as we all are... I need some of your motivation and will power.' Another wrote: 'Amy you were beautiful before and still beautiful now but you are doing amazing. Well done.'
Since leaving Gogglebox, Amy has appeared on Celebs Go Dating and Celebrity Coach Trip.
