Amanda Holden made a striking appearance at the L'Oréal Colour Trophy on Monday, July 6, wearing a skintight silver metallic gown that highlighted her toned physique. The 55-year-old Britain's Got Talent judge attended the event at London's O2 Arena, which marked the 70th anniversary of the UK's longest-running live hairdressing competition.

The mother-of-three posed confidently on the red carpet in a stunning backless dress with spaghetti straps, flowing to the floor. She beamed for cameras, radiating ageless glamour. The event celebrated seven decades of the L'Oréal Professional Color Trophy awards.

Fitness and Diet Secrets

Holden has previously shared her fitness routine, which includes regular running, yoga, and the 'Viking Method' — a program involving squat thrusts, boxing, bunny hops, jumps, and crawls. However, she emphasizes a balanced approach. In a 2023 interview with The Times, she said: 'I am not a slave to any beauty or fitness regime because I love food too much. I eat cheese and butter and I love a drink. But the deal I struck with myself was I have to run for my rosé wine in the summer and run for my red wine in winter. And I don’t do it because I feel I have to; I do it for my own discipline and dignity.'

Relationship Advice from Holden

Holden also credits humour in her marriage to husband Chris for their lasting bond. She told MailOnline: 'Chris and I have always been able to find humour in the darkness. He doesn't dwell on drama. Sometimes people don't get his humour and I'll say to him, "Leave the room, you're not reading it very well."' She added that Chris sometimes chases her around the house 'like Benny Hill' and they prioritize date nights. 'There's no wokery in our house. We don't hold anything back, and we have strong opinions. We try to have a date night every Thursday when we go to the theatre or have dinner, or we lock the door and watch Netflix and the kids just have to do their own thing.'
