Amanda Holden has been branded 'disgusting' by listeners after making a candid admission about her marriage on Heart Radio. The 55-year-old Britain's Got Talent judge revealed she kisses her husband Chris Hughes at least 10 times a day, leaving co-star Jamie Theakston stunned.

During a live conversation with Jamie, Amanda discussed the secrets to a happy marriage. She read out research suggesting kissing at least 10 times a week is important. However, she disagreed, saying: 'Which I think is quite low in seven days, even by my standards and my husband, who nags me all the time, would say you do that in a day, 10 kisses, probably.'
Jamie was shocked and asked: 'You kiss your husband 10 times a day?' Amanda confirmed: 'I would say so. Even if I gave him a Glaswegian one. Everyone in Scotland would know what that is. But yeah we do, we have a good old snog.'

Still unconvinced, Jamie said he didn't believe her. Amanda responded: 'What do you mean? I think that's the easiest thing to get out the way in a marriage.' She also shared other survey findings, including saying 'I love you' nine times a week, having 10 deep conversations monthly, and dating three times a month.
Discussing date nights, Amanda admitted it's 'utterly impossible' with her busy schedule raising two daughters. 'Me and Chris, if we're lucky, we might go out for dinner once a month on our own,' she added.
