Alison Hammond is reportedly set to make a return to the I’m a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here franchise, 15 years after her first appearance. The 50-year-old This Morning presenter is said to be heading to Australia to feature on the ITV show’s spin-off programme, according to reports.

Hammond first took part in the main series in 2010 as a late arrival. This time, she is expected to join early, with producers excited to have her on board. A source described the former Big Brother star as a “national treasure”, adding that her “signature charm and infectious humour will go down a storm”.

Hammond has previously admitted she did not enjoy her initial jungle experience due to her late entry. “I went in like, halfway through. So everyone had established relationships and I just really didn’t enjoy myself at all,” she said. She added that the lack of hot water and cold creek washing made it difficult.
