Coronation Street actress Sally Dynevor, known for playing Sally Webster for 40 years, is the mother of two famous daughters who television audiences may recognize from hit shows.

Sally Dynevor's Career and Family

Sally, 63, joined the ITV soap in 1986 as Sally Seddon, famous for her marriage to mechanic Kevin Webster (Michael Le Vell). Over four decades, she has faced a harrowing cancer storyline and numerous turbulent relationships, particularly with husband Tim (Joe Duttine). Off-screen, she has been married to screenwriter Tim Dynevor since 1995. Tim has written for Emmerdale, penning over 2,000 episodes from 1995 to 2016, and other dramas like The Drowning and Desperate Measures.

The couple have three children: daughters Phoebe, 31, and Hattie, 22, and son Sam, 29. Both daughters have successful television careers.

Hattie Dynevor

Hattie Dynevor plays Libby Guthrie in the BBC drama Waterloo Road, the daughter of history teacher Neil (Neil Fitzmaurice), appearing in series 13-17. She also starred in the Netflix series Legends as Arabella, alongside Steve Coogan and Tom Burke.

Phoebe Dynevor

Phoebe Dynevor began her acting career on Waterloo Road as Siobhan Mailey between 2009 and 2020. She is best known for playing Daphne Bridgerton in Netflix's Bridgerton (2020-2022). She has expressed openness to returning, saying, "I would always come back if I was asked. I have not received a call. When I get that call, I will be there if I can." Her other credits include The Musketeers, Dickensian, Snatch, Ten Percent, and films The Colour Room, Inheritance, and Thrash.
