Following the massive success of I'm A Celebrity South Africa, anticipation is building for the upcoming series of the traditional show later this year. Hosted by Ant and Dec, the survival reality series challenges celebrities in the Australian wilderness, where they endure gruelling trials involving insects and dangerous animals.
Previous season highlights
The last season featured a diverse group of campmates, including Martin Kemp, Vogue Williams, Aitch, and Jack Osbourne. Producers aim to recreate the on-screen chemistry, especially after the dramatic events of I'm A Celeb All Stars, which saw Gemma Collins' brief stint and numerous conflicts.
Rumoured contestants for 2026
Su-Elise Nash
Mis-Teeq star Su-Elise Nash, 45, is reportedly in talks to join the jungle. The singer rose to fame as part of the girl group alongside Alesha Dixon and Sabrina Washington, with their hit 'Scandalous' reaching number two in 2003. The group disbanded in 2005 but is reuniting for a 25th anniversary tour this autumn. A source revealed that Nash almost participated in 2008 and now has a second chance, noting that the timing is perfect following the band's reunion.
Nadiya Bychkova
Strictly Come Dancing professional Nadiya Bychkova, 36, could swap the dance floor for the jungle. After leaving the BBC series following a major cast shakeup, she is now available to join I'm A Celebrity. An insider stated that offers have been pouring in, and show bosses are impressed with her potential. Bychkova has hinted that her journey with Strictly isn't over, possibly returning in a different role.
Expected air date
While no official release date has been announced, I'm A Celebrity 2026 is likely to return in November.
