In Naples, Italy, tourists posed for a photo in front of a mural of Diego Maradona painted in 1990 by local artist Mario Filardi. At St Peter's Square in the Vatican, Pope Leo arrived for the weekly general audience. In Nanjing, China, a performer dressed as a mermaid appeared at Nanjing Underwater World.

In Gaza, an injured child was treated at Nasser hospital after an Israeli drone strike targeted a tent sheltering displaced Palestinians in the al-Mawasi area of Khan Younis. In London, a van made to look like a heavily damaged Gaza ambulance was parked outside Palantir headquarters in Soho Square, as Amnesty International UK and Just Treatment called on the government not to extend its NHS contract with the US tech company.

In Kamakura, Japan, the manager of the Owl Otter Cafe, which is home to rescued animals, fed Asian small-clawed otters. In Nagoya, Japan, Chung Han-jae of South Korea competed against Son Man-gwang of North Korea during a round of 16 Greco-Roman wrestling match at the Asian Games.
In Al-Mughayyir, West Bank, children watched Israeli security forces in the village, which is the scene of frequent attacks due to its isolated location and the presence of several settlement outposts. In Shigatse, China, tourists admired the Dagejia Geyser as water and steam was discharged from the spring.
