Helen Flanagan has proved that some things never go out of style after slipping back into the same daring dress she wore to one of the biggest nights of her career more than a decade ago. The former Coronation Street star, 35, stunned fans when she shared snaps from a recent holiday showcasing a plunging black Agent Provocateur dress that she first wore to the FHM 100 Sexiest Women party in 2013.
A Dress That Stands the Test of Time
While moving house, Helen uncovered the frock and couldn't resist trying it on again. Thankfully, it still fit like a glove. Posing confidently on Instagram, the mum-of-three displayed her figure in the eye-catching number, which featured a dramatic low neckline and a thigh-high split. Underneath, she flashed a glimpse of an animal-print bikini as she soaked up the holiday sunshine.
Clearly impressed that the dress had stood the test of time, Helen joked to followers: "Like a fine wine," adding a laughing emoji. She also treated fans to a blast from the past by posting a throwback snap from the original event, when a 22-year-old Helen strutted down the red carpet at London's Sanderson Hotel.
A Night to Remember
It was a huge night for the soap beauty, who was crowned FHM's Sexiest British Woman, beating a star-studded field that included Michelle Keegan, Kelly Brook, Cheryl, and Emily Atack. She also placed third overall in the global poll, finishing behind Hollywood actress Mila Kunis and pop superstar Rihanna.
A Fresh Chapter
The glamorous post comes as Helen enjoys a fresh chapter in her life following a recent solo trip to Mykonos. Sharing pictures from the Greek getaway, she admitted: "Feel like I've got me back." Despite enjoying some well-earned relaxation, Helen was still keeping in touch with her children, sharing a sweet FaceTime screenshot with her son Charlie during the trip.
The actress shares Matilda, Delilah, and Charlie with her ex-partner Scott Sinclair and has often spoken about how important family is to her. Recently, Helen praised her parents for helping her juggle work and motherhood, revealing her mum Julia plays a huge role in keeping family life running smoothly.
