Harper Beckham has publicly shown support for her mother, Victoria, with a two-word message on social media, as she prepares to follow in her footsteps with a reported skincare launch.
The 15-year-old is the youngest child and only daughter of the former Spice Girl and her husband, Sir David Beckham. The couple, who began dating in 1997 after meeting at a charity football match and married in 1999, have four children: sons Brooklyn, 27, Romeo, 23, and Cruz, 21, as well as Harper.
Public Family Feud
Over the past year, the family has faced a public falling out with eldest son Brooklyn, who in January shared a statement on social media accusing his parents of trying to "control" him and "ruin his relationship" with his wife, Nicola Peltz. He also alleged that his family had "disrespected" his wife.
In June, the feud intensified when representatives for Brooklyn publicly accused his family of orchestrating a media stunt involving his sister. The confrontation unfolded shortly after David was honoured with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Harper's Public Support
Despite the rift, Harper continues to show love and support for her parents. At the start of the week, she posted a picture on Instagram Stories showing her standing beside Victoria with ocean views in the background.
"My whole world," Harper wrote alongside the post, adding two pink heart emojis and a fairy. Victoria reshared the post from Harper's private account to her own Instagram Story, declaring her love for her daughter in view of her millions of followers.
Skincare Launch Plans
Harper is expected to follow in her mother's footsteps by launching her own skincare collection, reportedly aimed at acne-prone skin. While the reports have not been confirmed, Harper has updated her Instagram bio to "entrepreneur", suggesting she is plotting her own launch.
In a previous chat with businesswoman Emma Grede, Victoria revealed that Harper had to see a dermatologist a couple of years ago after using too many products made her skin break out. The fashion designer and beauty brand owner said: "She used to have beautiful skin, but like all young girls she was enticed by beauty brands and she was putting a lot of product on her face that was not suitable for her skin and consequently ended up going to see a dermatologist because her skin was really, really bad."
Relating to her daughter, Victoria added: "I went through that journey myself. I suffered with child acne, teen acne and adult acne." She then joked: "Every acne under the sun, I've been there."
