Max Rushden and Barry Glendenning, the beloved duo behind the Football Weekly podcast, are hitting the stage in Dublin and London for a special live tour. The European leg of the Football Weekly world tour kicks off on Tuesday 1 September 2026 at Dublin's iconic Vicar Street, marking their long-awaited return to Ireland after an incident involving Mark Langdon and a raw turkey in 2023.
Dublin Show
The Dublin event takes place on 1 September from 8pm to 10pm BST at Vicar Street, 58-59 Thomas St, The Liberties, Dublin 8. Expect a comprehensive dissection of the World Cup, a look ahead to the new season, and exclusive behind-the-scenes material from their time in the USA this summer.
London Show
On Wednesday 9 September, the team lands at Soho Theatre Walthamstow from 7.30pm to 9.30pm BST. Internal data suggests Walthamstow is the most Football Weekly borough on Earth, so a full house is expected. The London show will also be available via livestream for those unable to attend in person.

Max and Barry will be joined by a stellar lineup of regular panelists and surprise cameos. The show will include a thorough analysis of the World Cup, previews of the upcoming season, and never-before-heard tales from the podcast's summer in the USA.
