Alton Towers Debuts Unique Minecraft Event This Summer

Alton Towers Resort is set to host its first-ever Minecraft-themed event this summer, bringing the popular video game to life for families and young gamers alike.

Minecraft Meet the Mobs Event Details

The exclusive pop-up event, named Minecraft Meet the Mobs, will run throughout the school summer holidays from July 18 to August 28. It features a unique Mob trail, allowing visitors to encounter Minecraft creatures in real life through in-park costume character appearances.

Baby Mobs and Interactive Trail

Guests can meet the all-new ‘baby Mobs’, positioned in six Minecraft-inspired scenes around the park. To celebrate their arrival, Alton Towers released a spoof birth announcement inspired by royal birth notices. Families can complete the trail, included in the usual ticket price, and stamp their game card to unlock a special digital surprise upon completion.
