This Morning regular Clodagh McKenna is set to front her own television series, Clodagh: Cooking At Home, in which she opens the doors to her country home and farm, Broadspear. The show celebrates relaxed, joyful cooking, taking viewers from her welcoming kitchen to her colourful garden for a glimpse into life at home.
A personal look at home life
Each episode is packed with delicious, achievable recipes and offers inspiration for everyday cooking, alongside McKenna's tips for creating effortless yet stylish meals when entertaining. With her trademark warmth and enthusiasm, she shows how simple food, good company, and a little creativity can bring happiness to any table.
Asked what inspired the new series, McKenna said: "The inspiration behind Clodagh: Cooking At Home was to invite viewers into the place where I feel happiest: my home, Broadspear."
She added: "I wanted to share the way I cook for my family and friends, grow, gather, and entertain — from growing vegetables in the garden and preserving what is in season, to making a quick supper on a busy night or cooking something generous for a table full of friends."
Her most personal programme yet
McKenna described the series as her most personal programme to date, offering viewers a deeper insight into her life. "Previous series have taken me to wonderful places and introduced me to incredible food stories, but Clodagh: Cooking At Home is rooted in my own daily life," she said.
"Viewers see where I live, how I cook, what I grow and, most importantly, the people I love to cook for. It is a real reflection of how I want people to feel at home: relaxed, inspired and ready to enjoy good food together."
When McKenna announced the show on social media in June, fans responded with support. One Instagram user wrote: "Fabulous, can't wait !!!!" Another said: "Best of luck. You are glowing with excitement."
