The series, which originally aired on Fox from 1997 to 2009, has seen renewed interest in its earlier seasons. Disney reports that seasons 1 through 13 have experienced a 41% increase in viewership, amounting to 26 million additional hours streamed, since buzz for the new season began in early March.
The revival has also performed strongly on social media, generating more video views than any other Hulu original comedy this year. It has driven higher engagement, shares, and new followers compared to other first-season Hulu originals in 2024.
