Police Scotland have launched an urgent appeal to locate 32-year-old Stuart Duthie, who was last seen in the Douglas area of Dundee at approximately 6am on Saturday, July 11, 2026.
Stuart Duthie is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall, of slim build, with black hair, a black beard, and visible tattoos on his arms and hands. He was last seen wearing a black gilet, a grey jumper, grey jogging bottoms, and carrying a green rucksack.
Police Appeal for Information
Inspector Alan Baird of Police Scotland has appealed directly to the public for assistance. “I would appeal to anyone who knows the whereabouts of Stuart to get in touch with us,” Baird said. “I would appeal to residents to check outbuildings and sheds in case he has sought shelter there.”
Anyone with information is urged to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 1224 of 11 July, 2026.

Stuart was last seen in the Douglas area of the city around 6am on Saturday, 11 July, 2026. He is 5’ 10” tall, of slim build, black hair, black beard and has tattoos on his arms and hands. He was wearing a black gilet, grey jumper, grey jogging bottoms and carrying a green rucksack.”
The search continues as authorities ask residents to remain vigilant and report any sightings or information to the police.
