Mickey Rourke Dishevelled, Missing Teeth Amid Financial Woes

Mickey Rourke, the 73-year-old actor and former Celebrity Big Brother star, has been seen in Los Angeles looking dishevelled and notably missing several teeth, just months after being evicted for over $60,000 (£45,300) in unpaid rent. He wore a stained grey hoodie, sunglasses perched on the fleece, and ripped jeans while walking his small white dog and two black dogs.

Eviction and Unpaid Rent

Rourke was evicted from his rental property after failing to pay tens of thousands of dollars in rent. In a statement to the Mail, he claimed he stopped paying because the living conditions in the house had become unacceptable. Court documents from the Los Angeles County Superior Court in March show that landlord Eric T. Goldie secured the eviction ruling after Rourke failed to respond to the filing within the time required by California law.

Rejected Crowdfunding

Around the same time, Rourke rejected a crowdfunding donation set up by his manager, Kimberley Hines, to prevent homelessness. He stated the fundraiser did not reflect his wishes and that he had no prior knowledge of it.

Appearance and Past Transformations

Rourke's current appearance is a stark contrast to his earlier looks, which have changed significantly due to his boxing career in the 1990s and extensive plastic surgery. In 2009, he told The Daily Mail that most of the surgery was to repair damage from boxing, noting, I had my nose broken twice. I had five operations on my nose and one on a smashed cheekbone. His ex-wife, Debra Feuer, claimed to The Mirror that he also had cheek implants for a film role and denied having his molars removed.

Career and Recent Controversy

Rourke rose to fame in the 1980s with films like Diner and Angel Heart, then briefly switched to boxing before returning to acting. He earned an Oscar nomination for the 2008 film The Wrestler. Last year, he appeared on Celebrity Big Brother, where he was forcibly removed after making offensive comments to housemates.
