A man who drove a stolen tractor and hay baler into a house linked to a rival in Middlesbrough has been jailed for seven years and two months.
Nathan Blagg, 28, carried out the attack in May amid an ongoing feud, claiming the graves of his father and brother had been desecrated by the rival, Luke Lancaster. The terraced house was empty at the time, but the damage was so severe it essentially had to be rebuilt.
Offences admitted
Blagg admitted a number of offences, including aggravated vehicle taking and criminal damage while reckless as to whether life was endangered. He was also given two years on extended licence.
Impact of the attack
The tractor smashed through the front of the home, which was linked to his rival. The property was unoccupied when the incident occurred, but the structural damage required significant rebuilding work.
