Katie Price Pleads for Missing Cat Doris After Pet Deaths

Katie Price has issued a desperate plea for the safe return of her missing Sphynx cat, Doris, just days after another one of her pets reportedly died. The 48-year-old former glamour model, currently in Dubai after being reunited with her husband Lee Andrews, took to Instagram Stories to appeal for help.

Two of her Sphynx cats, Eilleen and Doris, disappeared earlier on June 26, 2026. Eilleen later returned home on its own, but Doris remains missing. Price wrote: 'I came to Dubai Wednesday, and my cats were home Tuesday night. I live in a private area and my cats don’t just disappear. Whoever has them return them. They are my babies.' She asked anyone who finds Doris to take her to Arun Vets in Storrington.

Reunion with Husband Amid Pet Crisis

Price has been in Dubai since Andrews was detained, but he has since been freed. She posted a video of them dancing to Mr Saxobeat in a car. Despite the reunion, she remains concerned about her pets back home. This incident follows a claim by Andrews that one of Price's eight cats had died, though Price has not confirmed this.

A History of Pet Tragedies

Price's pets have suffered numerous fatalities over the years. In November 2017, one of her horses was killed after breaking loose onto a road. In February 2018, her dog Queenie was hit by a car. In November 2018, she claimed a pet chameleon died from a broken heart. In February 2020, her Alsatian Sparkle died after escaping and being hit by a car. In July 2020, Princess's puppy Rolo suffocated in an electric chair mechanism. In November 2022, her Pomeranian Sharon was hit by a car, and in June 2023, her dog Blade was run over on the same road. In August 2025, Doris gave birth to a premature kitten that did not survive.

These incidents led to a petition in 2020, signed by over 37,000 people, calling for her to be banned from owning pets. A fresh petition emerged in 2025. Peta even offered £5,000 for her to sign a legally binding agreement never to acquire another animal. In response, Price's representative told MailOnline: 'Kate has asked PETA many times to have a conversation with her directly, but instead they continue to play the narrative out in the media. If they want to have a direct conversation with Kate they can get in touch.'

Continued Pet Ownership

Despite the controversies, Price continues to keep animals, including four cats. Andrews claimed on Cameo that she had eight Sphynxes, but one had passed away, leaving seven. Price has not confirmed this loss. Metro has reached out to Price's team for comment on Doris's disappearance and the reported death.
