A woman was arrested and subsequently de-arrested following a two-vehicle collision on a Tameside road. Greater Manchester Police (GMP) responded to the incident on Two Trees Lane in Denton on Thursday evening, June 11.

Incident Details

Emergency services attended the scene, where a white BMW 1-Series was seen damaged in the middle of the road. Part of the road was closed off by police while officers and paramedics worked at the site.

Arrest and Hospitalization

GMP confirmed that a woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. However, she was later de-arrested and taken to a hospital for treatment. Her age has not been disclosed.
