Humberside Police have confirmed that one of the victims, a 26-year-old man, sustained life-threatening injuries, while a 39-year-old man was treated for serious injuries.

Police were called to Grimsby Road near the football ground at approximately 8:45 AM after reports of an altercation between two men that escalated into a stabbing. Officers are currently in attendance, and road closures remain in place as investigations continue.

A spokesperson for Humberside Police said: "At approximately 8.45am officers were called to attend outside Blundell Park after we received a report of an altercation between two men, before a man was reportedly stabbed. Both men involved in the altercation were taken to hospital, with one of the men, 26-years-old, being treated for injuries which are thought to be life threatening at this time. A 39-year-old man was also taken to hospital for treatment to serious injuries."
