Police reported that the infant was left alone 'for a short time' before being taken. His parents immediately alerted officers, who believe an unknown person lifted the child from the stroller and fled. The search involves helicopters, drones, firefighters, and 40 rescue dogs, including cadaver dogs trained to detect decomposing bodies.
