Police have confirmed the death of a baby following an emergency response in Abergavenny on Thursday, August 20.
Emergency services called to Llwynu Lane
Gwent Police received a report of a medical emergency on Llwynu Lane at around 7.40am. A number of emergency service vehicles, including police cars, ambulances and an air ambulance, attended the scene.
Baby pronounced dead at scene
Officers were joined by crews from the Welsh Ambulance Service, who confirmed that a baby had died following the incident.
