In a scene ripped from a Hollywood thriller, a brazen criminal gang executed a shocking daylight ram-raid on a Perth shopping centre, using a stolen high-performance SUV as a battering ram.
The audacious heist unfolded at the Morley Galleria on a Tuesday morning, sending shoppers and staff into a panic. The perpetrators, in a stolen black BMW X5, reversed at speed directly through the glass entrance of the Zaggas jewellery store.
Chaos and Destruction in Broad Daylight
Eyewitnesses described a scene of utter chaos as the powerful vehicle smashed through the fortified glass, sending shards flying across the walkway. The deafening sound of the impact and subsequent alarm echoed through the usually tranquil centre, startling everyone present.
