Greater Manchester Police has released a CCTV image of a man who may have important information after £3,000 was stolen from a betting shop in east Manchester.
Burglary at William Hill
The incident took place at around 10.20am last Thursday (September 24) at William Hill on Ashton Old Road, Openshaw. Police believe a man entered the shop, placed a bet using cash, then asked the cashier for a 'plus card' before reaching over the counter and taking £3,000.
Appeal for information
A GMP spokesperson said: "Officers would like to speak to the man pictured as they believe he may be able to assist with enquiries. He is described as a white man, aged approximately in his 50s, with short brown hair and a grey beard."
