The UK has announced a package of 31 sanctions against Russia in a bid to stem funding for Putin's war chest ahead of the winter.
New measures target key networks
The 31 new measures include sanctioning LNG shadow fleet vessels, Kremlin disinformation networks and perpetrators of civilian torture and child indoctrination.
Record drone attacks
It comes after Russia fired more than 3,100 jet-powered drones at Ukraine in September, outstripping its wartime record from August.
