Victim fell from 300-level section
The victim, whose name has not been released, fell from the 300-level section of the arena, which includes the balcony and upper-tier seating. He was at the concert with his wife, according to Fox News Digital. Emergency medical personnel transported him to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue, where he was pronounced dead.

The incident occurred during the second night of two sold-out Goose concerts at Madison Square Garden.
