A woman has been accused of pulling down her pants and masturbating on a busy airline flight. Passengers allegedly endured “inappropriate noises” before the cabin crew intervened.
Katy Inzer, 46, has been accused of committing the gross act shortly after take-off on an American Airlines flight on September 11, according to the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office. A passenger aboard the plane told a flight attendant Inzer had “removed her pants and began to actively masturbate while making inappropriate sounds,” a police report stated.
Passengers report inappropriate noises
Inzer is said to have stopped the scandalous session after being approached by a flight attendant and pulled up her pants. The report added the woman then “fell asleep for the remainder of the flight.”
The incident alleged took place aboard an American Airlines flight from Baltimore to Miami. Officers later approached Inzer after the flight touched down in Florida. They stated the woman had “a strong odour of alcohol [sic] beverage and bloodshot eyes.”
Woman claims she does not remember incident
The woman told servicemen she didn’t remember the alleged sexual misconduct since she fell asleep, the police report stated. The incident was first reported by The Smoking Gun. The outlet noted the FBI had been forwarded the case since the jurisdiction the alleged offence had been committed in was unclear.
The development comes after a foul-mouthed plane passenger was duct-taped and zip-tied to his seat on an American Airlines flight. The man, who has since been identified as Arthur Layne Lundeen, 67, was recorded restrained in his seat - wrists bound and body wrapped - while continuing to shout and slur his words.

He stated: “You have a little tiny d***. You have a little tiny d***. “All you little f***ing … whoa, oh yeah.” He then trails off and flails his arms as he continues rambling. The unknown person filming, seated across the aisle, can be heard laughing several times as he records the scene.
After causing the plane to divert to Baltimore, US, on September 3, the furious fella, was arrested by the Maryland Transportation Authority Police upon landing.
Lundeen had triggered an emergency diversion of American Airlines Flight 618 after he allegedly called a flight attendant the N-word and made anti-gay slurs. Lundeen’s LinkedIn profile previously listed him as a vice president at Long Realty in Tucson, but it has since been removed.
He had worked for Long Realty as a real estate agent but has since been dismissed. The company later confirmed in a statement posted on its Facebook page that Lundeen was no longer employed there, Fox 8 Live reported.
The firm wrote: “Long Realty is aware of reports concerning criminal charges filed against a former affiliated real estate agent arising from an incident that allegedly occurred during a commercial flight. “Upon learning of the incident, Long Realty promptly ended its affiliation with the individual.”
