A massive manhunt is underway in India for a father accused of raping his 14-year-old daughter at her home in North-west Delhi's Jahangirpuri. Details of the Alleged Assault

The victim told police that her father, who lives separately in Badi village, came to the home and forced himself on her. She said he threatened to kill both her and her mother if she revealed the incident. The accused fled the scene and remains at large, police said on Sunday.

Authorities have booked the accused under multiple sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), India's official criminal code, including Sections 64(2) (punishment for rape), 65(1) (rape), and 351(3) (criminal intimidation). He also faces charges under Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
