Authorities in Los Angeles are reviewing additional sexual assault allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is currently serving a 50-month federal prison sentence for transporting women for prostitution. The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office confirmed on Tuesday that both the LAPD and the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department had presented separate sexual assault investigations for one victim in the fall of 2025.
The accuser, record producer Jonathan Hay, publicly identified himself and told NBC: “Standing as a survivor of the actions involving Sean Diddy Combs and Christopher CJ Wallace, I view the validation of my accounts by the LAPD and the Los Angeles county district attorney’s office as a critical juncture.” He added: “Justice is prevailing.”
Hay’s allegations, filed last year, include assault, sexual harassment, false imprisonment, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. According to court documents, the alleged incident occurred in 2020 while Hay was working on a project for the estate of the late Christopher Wallace, known as Notorious BIG. Hay claimed Combs instructed him to put on some of Wallace’s clothing, then began watching porn on his phone and masturbated with one of Wallace’s shirts in front of him.
Hay said he later informed Wallace’s son, CJ Wallace, and co-producer Willie Mack about the incident. He alleged that the two men then took him to meet Combs, who sexually assaulted him. “The ultimate betrayal, the ultimate violation as a man for another man to do that to me,” Hay told WFLA, adding that he experienced severe depression and suicidal thoughts.
An attorney for CJ Wallace denied the claims, calling them “absurd and baseless” and stating that the lawsuit is frivolous. Wallace subsequently filed a defamation lawsuit against Hay in November. Combs’s legal team continues to seek to overturn his conviction on the remaining counts, after he was acquitted of the most serious charges, including racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking.
