Legal papers allege police uncovered a trove of animal porn on a device linked to Andrew Tate, including explicit pictures involving a horse and an eel. The 39-year-old internet personality, who has denied all charges, is currently fighting extradition to the UK from a Miami jail.
Charges and Allegations
British authorities have slapped him and his brother Tristan with 59 charges, including rape, assault, human trafficking and possession of extreme pornography. According to legal papers obtained by TMZ, prosecutors also claim the self-described misogynist created and distributed dozens of indecent clips involving a teenager.
It's alleged that among the seized files were 66 high-severity Category A videos depicting a child, who was 17 at the time the material was recorded while Tate was 28. One Category B video allegedly depicts Tate sitting on a bed alongside the semi-naked teenager, who kisses his neck before another adult woman joins them.
Messages and Raid
Text messages from January 2015 reveal the teen told Tate her parents believed he was using her as a prostitute. In response, Tate allegedly refused to let her return home over fears her father would notify police, even warning her that her age presented legal risks.
Cops originally seized the material during a 2015 raid on Tate's home in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, following his initial arrest on suspicion of rape. Both brothers maintain their innocence and deny all charges.
Extradition Fight
UK authorities triggered formal extradition proceedings in September, but Tate's legal team is fighting tooth and nail to block the move. Blasting the allegations, Tate's lawyer Joseph McBride branded the case "prosecution slop." He told TMZ that officers are linking his client to a device discovered in a "flop house" with no proof Tate ever viewed or possessed the files.
